They are you to fill out the application and pay for the background check and don’t get approved for regardless if you want to section 8 and nine, who has a 600 credit score at 3x rentwhen you’re on section 8 they won’t even let you have a section 8voucher
I’m currently working with them looking for an apartment on 82 south marshfield they got right to the point. So far a 4 star only because I haven’t actually moved in lol.Excited about Renting with them though.
This is a real estate company that is very un-professional. They will not make repairs on their properties for their tenants when requested. If repairs are done they are performed very inadequately. I would avoid renting from them.
