As a parent of nonverbal, special-needs children, I was misinformed before our visit. I called ahead and was assured their nonverbal limitation could be documented for a special-needs sports league. In person, staff seemed surprised by their nonverbal status and required eye exams elsewhere. We spent $160 on eye exams, returned a week later, and paid $100 for physicals, only for the paperwork to say “Cleared” with no documentation of their limitation. I came in and was terribly sick. I was running fever and short of breath. they were so kind and concerned. they did a chest X-ray and she sent me to the hospital. I had pneumonia. Just like she said. her name was nurse practitioner Brittany smith .she was excellent.
Everyone was super nice and very helpful I love this place over all the other urgent care facilities! Me and my daughter was in and out in no time and she got the help she needed is what matters most... Y'all rock! Keep up the awesome work
