The medical staff here are great. Especially Brittany. She COMPLETELY listened to me and found a resolution that had evaded several others. I love their treatment protocols. Just a great experience
honestly this place saved me. I went in on a saturday morning with a really bad sinus infection and they got me in so fast. The dr was super nice and actually listened to everything I was saying which doesnt always happen. Wait time was barely anything and the front desk staff were friendly too. I was in and out in less than an hour with a prescription and feeling so much better. definitely the place Ill go again if I need urgent care.
Family member went in this weekend for an infection and was supposed to be prescribed medication. The prescription was never order. No way to communicate with their office. No after hours help or etc. You would think you could trust a medical facility to be able to prescribe your treatments and medication effectively. Ultimately, if there was an issue at least have procedures in place to be able to ensure the effective treatment of your patients. No care in the world from their management this morning as well about concerns.... read more
