I first met Dr Leah at my home when she came to do an assessment on me since i was changing my method of care.i wanted to be seen at home. I found her down to earth and friendly. She went over my med history and i think she is very smart. She told me plans for my Healthcare. I decided she would be my new healthcare provider.
This is a great team to work with! Appreciate their forward thinking with patient care. Really good care coordination and communication.

I highly recommend Eminince Medical! Dr. Leah is amazing. When our primary physician for 23 years decided not to accept insurance any longer, we needed to find a new doctor that we could trust, especially given my husband’s medical issues.
