I have never been with a home health agency that were so awful. The managers really don’t care about their clients and they make them out to be liars. When I wanted to make a complaint, the director, was so rude to me. She said she didn’t have time for me and to email her. Just shows how much they care about their clients. Maybe your marketing team should be respectful of other businesses. I run an events business and was not happy to see your team stapling flyers directly over mine. It's unethical and disrespectful. If you don't care about the community and other people's businesses, then how could I expect you to care for a patient?

The support my mother has received from Eminence Home Care caregivers has exceeded our expectations. Her caregivers regularly go above and beyond to provide both excellent care and personal companionship for my mom. They not only perform more tasks for her than we originally expected, but also have developed a close rapport with Mom.
