The doctor's have great bedside manners, been a patient of Dr. Brown for many years. And the front staff are kind with good customers service.
The RNs that work the front desk and prescription desk are so nice and friendly. However, I have a fundamental issue with not being able to reach a live person to pick up the phone every time I call! Its ridiculous for a doctors office to screen their calls! And all the menu does is direct you to another person’s/office’s voicemail. Nobody is ever available and y’all ain’t that busy cuz I’ve been in the office and see how much traffic comes thru on average. I call to make an appointment and the recording states they are accepting walking-ins, i then proceed to make an appointment online and received confirmation that it was received. After speaking to one of the receptionist who scheduled me today 7/12/22, at 1:00pm as a new patient. I arrive 15 min early and was told by the receptionist, that they do not do walk-ins but she could fit me in, as she proceed to take my name then realizing that i am a new patient, she tells me i could not be seen today, they have nothing available... read more
