You can get a decent breakfast many places, but here they go the extra mile: larger portions, omelettes loaded with ingredients, more choices in drinks and condiments, heck they even warm up the butter just right for your waffles so you don't have to struggle trying to spread it. This is my to choice for breakfast, I can't think of a better place!

We were visiting the area on a theme park road trip and decided to try Carmen’s for breakfast. The food was good and the portions were large. We had the fiesta burrito—good heat in the salsa—and the churro French toast—which was a monthly special and was served a la mode with a full-on crust of cinnamon sugar: absolutely decadent. The staff were friendly and the service was good. We will definitely be recommending this to anyone in the area.

I ordered the Greek salad with gyro meat ($22) to eat on throughout the day - my schedule is bananas today and one of those days you gotta eat when you are able. Greek salad had too much condensation at the bottom - water very visible and cucumber significantly wilted. Only two cucumbers throughout entire salad - meat is dry and hard seems old not fresh.
