Whenever my daughter would go here, they would not be careful with her cuticles. She would bleed every time she got her nails done at this place because they just want to rush and get the job done with. The manager does a sloppy job and has lost many employees, which I’m not surprised of since she talks behind their backs. I have spent hundreds of dollars on cheap looking designs. Go somewhere else unless you want to go through their disastrous treatment.
Can’t do simple designs
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I showed the nail technician exactly what I wanted, but my nails looked completely different from the picture. The shape and design were not what I asked for, and I was still charged full price. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I left unhappy with both the service and the final result. I would not come back or recommend this salon based on my experience.
