Won't come back. Two different manicurists did my service. The first one dropped the buffing piece on the floor then picked it up and continued using it on me. The other was going to use the cuticle cutter that she used from the gal in the chair next to me and didn't even clean the cuts off of it. I told her to use a different one that came in the package the first girl opened. The manicurist was very indifferent and wasn't even looking at what she was scraping or filing. I love this place. They always honor my appointment time and the staff/service is top notch. If you’re ever thinking about getting the extra foot massage time, do it. They know exactly what they’re doing.

I got a pedicure, no polish "shiny buff". Very nice staff, professional kind, great with special requests. I marked it 4 stars because the footbath didn't have jets and the massage chairs are not good for anyone under 6' tall, very awkward to sit in and enjoy the chair massage (but that's 95% of massage chairs on the market) - just really wanted the footbath jets. Salon's very dishevelled too and messy and one of the neon lights above buzzes, but dispute that, it was very calm feeling and there wasn't a lot of nail smell whi... read more
