Dr. Yan is the best PCP I’ve had. She made sure I received the medical help I needed. She went out of her way to contact the appropriate specialist to schedule me an appointment sooner then what they had available. On top of that, she called me herself later on that day to make sure I was contacted by the specialist and I had my appointment. Things like this shows you that she really cares for her patients.
She is the best healthcare provider I have ever had. I rave about her to others. She actually "listens" empathetically, and addresses every issue or concern with no rush and with a smile. She is safe and well researched. The staff is so courteous and the wait time or appt scheduling is very fast. They are all compassionate and caring as all medical personnel should be.
