Emily Waldkoetter was very understanding of my condition. She took a very proactive look at my health situation and developed a plan to rule out possible reasons and narrow down a treatment plan. I thought she was very easy to talk to explaining things very clearly. Nursing staff was great getting me checked and ready to be seen. I didn't have to wait very long to be taken care of during my visit. I am very pleased overall.
I really like Emily as my new PCP. First initial appointment I didn’t wait long at all and was back in the patient room quickly. Second visit I waited almost 20 minutes to get back to the patient room which was frustrating. Emily is very knowledgeable and friendly. She gives good recommendations and you can tell she truly cares about the patient.
