We've so much appreciated Emily Termond's advice and help as we've gone through a lengthy process of trying to find a house to buy in Santa Barbara, and then finally buying one! We had many limiters that made it difficult to find a house that would be acceptable and attractive to both of us, and was within our budget. Emily was terrific to work with throughout the two years it took us to decide to sell our house of 31 years in Goleta, get it ready for sale, and then the sales and closing processes. She gave us excellent advice on what work on the house would be most beneficial and cost effective for selling.
