I had my first visit with Dr. Emily Cha last week and i was in pain and had been for months, so i was seeking a good doctor to help me. During my visit with Dr. Cha I impressed by her friendliness, respectfulness, and her knowledge and professionalism. I felt/feel that I can trust her evaluation and recommendation to treat me. And I look forward to the very best outcome of my condition. I rank my first visit (5 of 10) at 10 the highest mark that I personally have ever given any medical professional!!! V/r Ms. Proctor.
I sat for over an hour and fifteen minutes and never saw the doctor. I checked in on a kiosk. I went to the desk after checking in and was told if additional information was needed, I would be called. After about forty minutes, I went back to the desk to inquire why I was experiencing such a long wait. I was told my chart had been picked up and just wait for them to call my name. Dr. Cha explained everything in detail, she came up with a treatment plan and was receptive of my questions and concerns. I recommend Dr. Cha.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. EMILY CHA TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS KNEE SURGERY.
