Excellent experience here. Emily Stem saw me. She is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. The office staff is also friendly and caring. Easy organized check-in process. I highly recommend.
Check-in was easy and there was no waiting time. Emily Stern CRNP came into the exam room within 1 minute. She found the probable source of my concern and removed it immediately, giving follow-up advice and asking if I had any questions or concerns. She came off as knowledgeable and caring. I was walking out the door within 20 minutes of my appointment time. I think this was my 3rd or 4th visit to Emily over the past 5 years and this visit was really typical as far as efficiency and level of care.
Emily Stem is professional and has an open manner conducive to good communication. She made me feel at ease during my examination and answered my questions with easy to understand answers.
