Emily is the absolute BEST there is. Stop looking around and just go to her. She is super kind and knowledgeable and helpful. She is down to earth and LISTENS to you. She customizes things for what you personally need. She doesn't give you a bunch of random exercises etc to do. She asks questions and personalizes things for you specifically. I can't wait to go back to her soon. Love her. Can't recommend more highly!
Emily is terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and approaches her sessions with an aim to educate and truly improve your experience in your body. I saw her after pregnancy to make sure I was setting myself up for a smooth return to movement and exercise (and to avoid some of those common and unpleasant postpartum issues), and she really helped me understand my pelvic floor its connection to almost everything else. I highly recommend her!
Emily is wonderful—kind, non-judgmental, and incredibly easy to talk to. She meets you where you are and creates a space where you feel truly understood. What sets her apart is her dedication to finding solutions that actually fit your life, not just generic advice. She takes the time to tailor her approach so it works for you personally. Highly recommend.
Emily is the practitioner I dream of. Her thoughtful & thorough questionnaire made me feel like she cared to understand the full picture of my health and offered correlations between them and my pelvic floor health.
