The doctor and her staff were very professional and timely. As a business owner I appreciate the management of Kelsey as to its scheduling and timeliness of seeing patients. Very little wait time, if any; and direct communications about the visit, treatment and follow up.
Dr. Sou was able to see me the same day and was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her!
