I’ve had inconsistent experience here. For something very simple, they do a good job. But for more complex (and expensive) work the quality really varies depending on which technician you get. I think it’s a little too expensive to not have reliable high quality work.

The worst place to do a pedicure. I came back to this salon because the first time I went, the service was great — that’s the only reason I decided to return. But this time, the experience was completely different. The lady who did my pedicure gave an okay service, but she was way too focused on the tip. As soon as I went to pay, the first thing she asked was how much tip I was going to leave and insisted that it had to be in cash. All my nails are filed to different shapes, gel was painted outside the nail bed, the skin on my pinky was cut by the cuticle cutter, just overall very poor work. I tried to point out the issues but eventually gave up because the lady wasn’t seeing what I’m seeing and kept saying “it’s not bad”. Will not be returning.
