Excellent pizza! I lived in Naples, Italy 3 years it doesn’t quite meet that standard. Maybe because in Italy they use fresh mozzarella made from water buffalo milk! (Mozzarella di Bufala). Maybe because I had a beer instead of wine! I’ll be back!
Despite being incredibly busy (due to a play and concert in town) the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Highly recommend!!
Emily's is the best wood fired pizza I've ever had! Great selection and very inventive kinds. Ever have a spaghetti and meatballs pizza? Sounds different but tastes amazing! The subs are great too! If you haven't been there yet, GO!
Emily's Wood Fired Pizza is outstanding! This restaurant is truly a gem in the village of Springvale Maine. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Everything!
