I have been trying for a month to get an invoice to send to my insurance and I can't get a response from her. It seems like when you owe her money she'll respond quickly, but once she has been fully paid, nothing...absolutely nothing. I will not be returning for a follow up. I will definitely be finding someone more professional for my future needs.
Dr.Emily is very thorough and knows her stuff. She is down to earth and easy to talk to.
Emily, and the staff are very professional, welcoming, attentive and kind. At one time, I had some personal struggles with Revere Health. But even then I still would go to this one Revere Health clinic, NOFM (North Orem, Family Medicine). Because the staff has always helped me so much even though I have a million major problems, they always make sure that they hear everything I am struggling with and that I am satisfied.
Super dissatisfied and disappointed at the service that was provided. I was expecting more for my annual exam. I have gotten annual exams before, and after waiting 40 min… 5 min that the doctor was in the room she didn’t examined me the way i have gotten more annual exams.
