Never answer the phones so I can get an appointment. The service is awful.
Kayalon was amazing helping me find my PERFECT dress. She was kind and kept me talking to keep my nerves down. Very good experience. I am a plus sized woman and there were A LOT of options for me.
As a plus size bride the options were very slim. The consultant had mis led us when I was selecting dresses to try on. The dresses were beautiful. They're customer service needs some work.
