Emily Paxton is one of the most wise, insightful and effective therapists I have ever encountered. Her compassion is palpable, her skills are next level and it’s obvious she has done and continues to do her own work to grow personally. Her various modalities and expertise make her a go-to therapist for our entire family and many friends.

I have been meeting with Emily for approximately 2 years. Our time together has been super helpful! She is skilled at listening well and helping me to understand and love myself better. As I have learned to love myself, I am better able to love those closest to me. I have recommended Emily's practice to many of my friends.

Emily is very attentive, caring, and helpful. I told her my end goals of our time together and they were achieved. She truly listened and helped me learn/develop skills for a healthier way of thinking and living. She would even send very helpful handouts after our sessions that have been so useful and I plan to keep forever. I will be implementing what I learned for the rest of my life to continue to grow. It was a great experience.
