If she is your PCP be prepared to show up four times per year so that she can count on that money! That is a big deal to her, not the patient! She also has a high and mighty attitude since her husband is also a doctor who owns Amherst Laser. My last few appointments I had with her she made so many nasty comments to me that I had to quit being her patient after ten years! I would definitely not recommend her! Dr. Marsters treated me with respect, listened to everything I said, and addressed all my concerns. She goes the extra mile.
She listened and explained everything and I did not feel rushed.
Dr Marsters is the best physician I’ve ever seen. She’s thoughtful, a great listener, includes me in all healthcare decisions, and is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in providing healthcare. She’s a fantastic family practice doctor, and I feel lucky our entire family gets to work with her.
I was very happy with my recent visit with Dr Marsters. She was very professional and listened to my health concerns. She ordered the required tests and explained to me the results of the tests that were completed in the office. Her nurse was also very competent and friendly.

I was told Dr marsters was not accepting new patients. I wrote a personal request as I’ve done in the past with excellent results. I also said, respectively if she couldn’t see me was there someone else in her office who could I received a voice mail. “ The dr received your letter. She cannot see you”. Rude tone. End of message. Guess all things work out for the best as this office and Dr do not sound very compassionate

Dr. Emily Marsters is all that you'd want in a family doctor. She is knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and is an exceptional listener. She provides a sense of empathy as well--you feel cared for as a patient. Finally, she is well organized and very through in going through your chart. Completely professional.
