I placed an order with this local business from another state and wanted to be sure that the bouquet arrived. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and the delivery was made on the day I scheduled it for! The flowers my friend received were beautiful. Very much appreciated.

I'm going to dispute the transaction , as the delivery was done (or wasn't at all )during the weekend to the business that was closed , after I specifically notified about specific day and time. I called the office several tines and nobody ever called me back.

I love that I was able to order online. I placed my order the same day of delivery. It was quick and efficient. I will definitely use this florist again.

I loved being able to place my order online and when I realized the address was wrong, calling them and getting it changed was so easy! My sister (the recipient) loved them so much! One thing I would love to see is in the descriptions of the flower bundles if they are pet safe! I had to go back and forth between two tabs to make sure the bundle was cat friendly! But other than that, Emily L. Flowers is fabulous and I will definitely be using them again!
