Emily has been a welcome surprise! My only regret is that I did not find her sooner! After 45 years of living with a chronic disease, the physical and mental stress it brings, the guilt, and then just life, Emily has helped me “organize” my feelings and emotions. I think what she has taught me that helps the most, is simply giving myself grace. She is a kind, empathetic, caring, and overall wonderful human!!
