Emily was professional and very knowledgeable regarding my medical situation. She has a calm and friendly demeanor that puts a person at ease. I would definitely recommend her to other patients.
I never saw anyone. Sat for twenty minutes before i gave up. I saw on my chart that I left fifteen minutes into the exam. That's a lie. We both have to be there for the exam to start. Where were you? It's rude disrespectful and unprofessional To not show up on time. You wouldn't like it if I showed up late. I don't think it's too much to expect the same.
Very good bedside manner. Outgoing and full of energy. Went through everything with me and answered all my questions. Excellent nurse practitioner.
