Dr. Fay is one of the most polite people I know and her customer service is outstanding. She responds in a timely manner ; within by the end of the day or within 24 hours. Most importantly, she is attentive to my needs and supportive of my illness. Dr Fay demonstrated professionalism and compassion through out my treatments for my cancer.

Doctor Fay is a wonderful doctor. She is very informative, she really cares about you and goes out of her way to help you. Even when the prognosis is very bad she gives you hope. Letting you know you have options. That shes in this fight with you. That your not alone. Along with Doctor Fay and the rest of my team that takes care of me i am blessed. The team always ask me if i have any question, they are a great team. WoW!! I can't give enough stars. Thanks again !!
