Very friendly very detailed about my care. Was all smiles talking with me which made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Fay is one of the most polite people I know and her customer service is outstanding. She responds in a timely manner ; within by the end of the day or within 24 hours. Most importantly, she is attentive to my needs and supportive of my illness. Dr Fay demonstrated professionalism and compassion through out my treatments for my cancer.
