Dr. Ochoa is amazing! The virtual AI to make appointments, reschedule, etc. is not helpful at all.
Dr. Ochoa is one of the most knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and patient doctors. She went out of her way to get me the care I deserved when it was out of her scope. I will forever be thankful she is one of my doctors.
I love Dr Ochea - but the scheduling and office staff since the move from St Luke’s has been nothing short of a nightmare! I hope I am not forced to change dermatologists
