My first appointment with Dr Heasley was today, I was so nervous, I did not know what to expect. Not only was her nurse so welcoming and so so friendly but the office staff was amazing too. Dr. Heasley is, for the most part, sensitive, compassionate, and deeply trauma-informed. However, I would not recommend her to patients with PMDD as she does not seem to understand the pivotal, life-layering differences between PMS and PMDD. If you don’t have the symptoms of PMDD, she is an absolute treasure whom I would highly recommend.
All in all I think she is a reality good doctor. But the fact that she released my medical documents without my consent ticks me off. It's 3-4 pages for FMLA that she would of needed to fill out. Only one page needed my signature which I took care of. HIPPA means what's said in the office stays in the office and documents may not be released without the patients consent....
