When we needed help with an estate we found Emily Green with Jones, Green and Tackett. After our initial interview, we knew this firm and Emily would be the one to go with. She was always willing to explain and be there for us. Our case was most unusual , but these folks knew what was needed and how to get it done. Would and have recommended this firm many times . Miss Emily became part of our family and we absolutely love her .

This is the truth: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Brandi was unprofessional throughout the duration of my divorce. My case was an easy uncontested divorce and she drug it out to take 1 year instead of 90 days. She did not negotiate at all so I ended up settling without things. My case was a domestic violence case and Brandi was not sympathetic or in any rush to help me. I had to reach out to her every time in order to get updates about my case. If you’re a survivor of domestic violence, I recommend looking for a different attorney or law firm with stronger trauma-informed experience. I did not feel supported or adequately represented in my case, and communication was often lacking. I wish I had chosen someone who truly understood the protections available under Tennessee law for victims of abuse.
