Brandi Jones went ABOVE & BEYOND to handle a special case that resulted in a Win, She & her office was always very quick & informative with responses to any questions we had, or updates on the running case. We're 2 hours away and she made us feel like we were next door neighbors and very compassionate about our needs ..
