I actually didn't see Emily during this cleaning because she was with another patient, so Shauna cleaned my teeth. She did a very thorough job and explained everything she was doing, and even stopped at one point to make sure I wasn't in any pain because she noticed I was gripping the chair. I was then much more at ease.

Emily is a great dentist and makes every visit efficient and helpful. She is very attentive and always spends time with me to catch up and discuss any teeth-related issues that may have come up since the last time. Her office is very nice, with new equipment, and a friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, which just adds to the comfortable experience.

Dr. Gentry is the best dentist I have ever had. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, but in a single visit she changed all that. Dr. Gentry was patient and listened to my concerns. She explained to me what she was going to do and answer all my questions. The staff there was also pretty amazing. They worked with my schedule, my insurance and figured out how to make my treatment plan work. I love this place, couldn't recommend it more.

Dr. Emily Gentry, DDS is the perfect dentist! Her office staff is friendly, she addresses any concerns in a personable fashion, and does an excellent job with the medical aspect of a dental visit (cleaning, evaluation, etc.). I highly recommend her! Thank you!

- Great service from the ladies at the front desk - Excellent timing (I was actually running a few minutes late but they were ready to go when I arrived) - Dr. Gentry is great, remembered our conversations from past appointments, explained things clearly when I had questions, made honest suggestions about tooth care and oral hygiene - No friction or delay when checking out - Nothing but positive feedback, which is hard to come by for a dentist appointment

I just had my first visit with Dr. Gentry. She was kind, gentle and very thoroughly explained what she was doing and plans for my future treatment. She checked with me often about pain management and how I was feeling (as I have fairly bad dental anxiety). Her office staff was friendly and very helpful in figuring out my billing and finance concerns for my treatment plan.

I've moved around a lot and had numerous dentists in my life, some good and some absolutely miserable, but Dr. Gentry is, without question, the best dentist I've ever been to. I've had a bunch of cleanings here but also major work and each time it's a very pleasant, calm, and pain free experience. She is very professional during the procedures, is always explaining each step along the way, and makes me feel at ease.
