The appointment was on time and efficient. She answered the questions that I had and ordered test to get more answers. Unfortunately, I had more questions that I thought of after I left, but that's my fault, not hers.
Emily Frederickson, NP ordered testing that I specifically did not consent to. Initially, the test was not run through my insurance leaving me with a big bill. Over the past 3 months, I have called the office 5 times and sent several messages through the patient portal. I have never been able to reach anyone from the clinic directly.
