We go to our appointment early we wait! We go there on time we wait. If we are let to our appointment then it is canceled. I do not know what to do here
Dr. Emily Fletcher is wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about her; she is kind, she is patient, and she truly takes an interest in my daughter when we talk and when she examines her. She has such a calming presence about her and she makes my daughter feel comfortable even though the doctor’s office can be a scary place. I’ve had a great experience with every single person on staff at this office. Their customer service is exceptional!
This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes to make an appointment for my child. I’m new to San Diego, so I don’t think we’ll be using Sharp Medical services for long. After 2 hours on hold I was disconnected! Absolutely outrageous!
