Great staff go above and beyond to treat your health care
Emily M. Ferrall, APRN-CNP did nothing for me she looked me in the face and said I was FINE 3 days later I'm rushed into the Cleveland Clinic BECAUSE I CAN'T BREATH like I told her and turns out I have really bad pneumonia all she did for me was give me cough pills and that's because I had to ask my fever was 103 for 3 days when I seen her she said take cough drops and Tylenol I told her I was and it wasn't helping she said keep doing I had a bad cough horrible head and upper back pain I was dizzy and weak high temp thick gr... read more
Worst experience of my life came in there extremely sick have been sick for over a week and the doctor said take some Advil and these are the couple things that you don't have and tested me for nothing security guards and nurses were wonderful women doctor that I dealt with was horrible mean inconsiderate and should be fired this is not the first time I have had a horrible experience with this doctor
