Jim was super helpful in discussing several of my insurance policies. He was patient, clear, and thorough in his explanations. I ended up saving some money on premiums, and, more importantly, I ended up understanding my insurance policies better than I had.
Highly recommend Emily Chapman, Jim, and team at State Farm for auto/home insurance. Jim is personable, has great attention to detail, and will spend the time to be sure you get what you need.
Jim was very knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through my homeowner insurance and auto insurance policies line and line, and gave me a few cost saving suggestions. From the customer support perspective, he was helpful and great ! However, State Farm insurance costs are on the high side in my area.
