Jim was clear and patient in explaining the ins and outs of our insurance policies.
I had an issue with getting my rv towed because of the size. The cost was expensive which I didn't know how I was going to pay for it. I was told maybe your insurance can pay for it. I called State Farm and spoke with Judy. Judy put me at eased by letting me know that State Farm would cover it and I can come pick up a check to pay for it. When I went to go pick it up I didn't have to wait which I was shocked and happy at the same time. Thank you Judy for the wonderful customer service you displayed.
