Dr Newsom came highly recommended, and was a Godsend after consulting with several other dermatologists who were underwhelming. She was extremely competent and attentive to all of the skin concerns I had…even ones I hadn’t noticed. I showed her the rash on my crotch from two wild nights in Las Vegas. She gave me some anti fungals. The way she handled the examination was professional, but deep down I wanted more.
Drove over an hour to make it to my appointment and unfortunately got traffic on the 5. Called at appointment time while I was on the way and the receptionist informed I would still be seen. When I parked I had to walk around the building to find the entrance as this was my first time at the Santa Clarita clinic. When I arrived to the desk I was informed that since more than 15 minutes (at time of arrival it was 1 minute over the 15 minute mark) that it was at the discretion of the doctor to be seen.
