If I could give zero stars, I would. After working with a different therapist, I realized how unhelpful my experience with Emily truly was. I began seeing her during a very difficult time in my life, and I needed compassion and support. Unfortunately, I did not feel that from her. In our final session, I was visibly upset and struggling to articulate how I was feeling. Emily Major is a wonderful mental health professional. She is extremely kind, open, and helpful. She is LGBTQ+ friendly and provides an ADHD safe space with tons of fidgets which helps in easing conversation anxiety. I highly recommend Emily and really enjoy my sessions with her.
