I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Dr. Emily makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and is so extremely supportive and knowledgeable about all things health related! She’s by far my favorite Doctor that I’ve ever had!
Dr Bigby is an amazing Doctor. She listens very well and explains results and conditions in a very detailed and understandable way. She is very patient and extremely knowledgeable.
I normally don’t write reviews, but this one I think deserves one, when I moved to Charlotte in 2019, I was looking for a primary, and I was lucky enough to find the best primary doctor i.e. Dr. Emily OST Bigby, out here in Charlotte, she is sweet, listens to your problems in details, goes through each and every problems of yours in details and helps you physically and mentally! Doctors typically make me VERY nervous, especially new ones. I went into the office with my typical nervous energy, but as soon as Doctor Bigby and I started talking I felt my guard coming down. Her energy is so peaceful and understanding. I just knew I would be judged for the not so great choices I had been making, but doctor Bigby was very understanding.
