My fiancée had a really upsetting experience with this NP. She went in with simple questions about prenatal bloodwork, and instead of feeling supported, she was talked to in a very dismissive and cold way. There was no patience, no kindness, and no effort to explain anything. She left the visit feeling disrespected and completely unheard. I am honestly shocked that someone who speaks to patients like this is allowed to continue seeing people, especially women who are planning for pregnancy. Probably the worst experience from a nurse practitioner. Very condescending, rude and unprofessional. The worst nurse practitioner with so much arrogance. 0 stars
If I could give a 0 I would. This person was disgustingly unprofessional and rude. If you have such an ugly attitude you shouldn’t be working in an environment of helping people.
This was my first visit with Dr. Bennett. Her asking questions gave me the impression she was concerned about my overall health and providing her suggestions along with thier importance.
She was very thorough and pleasant. She answered my after visit questions in under 24 hours. Very pleased with my visit.
