Dr. McLaughlin has cared for me for well over 6 years. She has done lip fillers for me, and later on, I chose her as my physician to do my breast cancer reconstruction. She listens, understands, and works to make the best possible outcome. I love her!
I had meet with other plastic surgeons before I meet Dr. Mclaughlin, and I knew they were not a fit for me right away. Dr. McLaughlin was different. She really cares! I had some obstacles to over come before my surgery. Dr. McLaughlin helped inspire me and kept me pushing towards my goals. Once I reached those goals we were able to move on to the surgery. I joined the membership plan maybe six months ago. I was a member at another skin studio but I didn’t feel as the value in service were matching the money I was paying. That is definitely not the case at Spa Retreat. The staff is so friendly, my appointments are always promptly started and all of my questions are answered. My skin is looking so much better!! 2 years ago, I made a life changing decision. I weighed 222 pounds. I was always smiling on the outside, but on the inside fighting depression and suicidal thoughts. I was at my rock bottom.
