Dr. McLaughlin is an amazing doctor! Her whole staff was welcoming and sweet to my daughter. I would recommend her to everyone!!!
Dr. McLaughlin has cared for me for well over 6 years. She has done lip fillers for me, and later on, I chose her as my physician to do my breast cancer reconstruction. She listens, understands, and works to make the best possible outcome. I love her!
I joined the membership plan maybe six months ago. I was a member at another skin studio but I didn’t feel as the value in service were matching the money I was paying. That is definitely not the case at Spa Retreat. The staff is so friendly, my appointments are always promptly started and all of my questions are answered. My skin is looking so much better!! I had meet with other plastic surgeons before I meet Dr. Mclaughlin, and I knew they were not a fit for me right away. Dr. McLaughlin was different. She really cares! I had some obstacles to over come before my surgery. Dr. McLaughlin helped inspire me and kept me pushing towards my goals. Once I reached those goals we were able to move on to the surgery. 2 years ago, I made a life changing decision. I weighed 222 pounds. I was always smiling on the outside, but on the inside fighting depression and suicidal thoughts. I was at my rock bottom. I have been here for myself as well as accompanying my mother to her appointments and everyone in the office has always been super friendly, professional, and accommodating! Dr.McLaughlin is great at making you feel comfortable in her office and is incredibly knowledgeable and great at what she does!
Everyone in the office is AMAZING! I am so happy with how my breast augmentation went Dr.McLaughlin is amazing at what she does! The entire staff made sure you were comfortable at all times. Melissa was so helpful during my entire journey with this procedure and Ashley, Reyna and patty Made everything so easy.
