Emily and her team are absolutely PHENOMENAL! She is incredibly thorough with a sharp eye to detail, not to mention her kindness as a person and her top notch professionalism. I wish I could give her and her team a 100 stars! (I’ve been going to her for electrolysis and the results have been absolutely incredible! No one better exists in NYC!)

Very strange. I tried making a consultation appointment through their website with one member of the staff who has several openings to choose from through December. I selected a time/date, submitted my credit card info, as requested, then later received a message claiming that they are not currently taking any new clients. the worst place. you can never get an appointment and when you do you have to make it months in advance so you of course forget about it and your schedule changes. Then they remind you about the appointment exactly 24 hours before the appointment when you call to cancel the appointment they say the 24 hour window has passed and they must charge you. This place is magic. Don’t think twice ,safe , clean , very professional and they know what they are doing!! They change my life!!
