Made me feel like I was in my house instead of a doctors office! Very comfortable to talk to. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and laid out a plan of care for me.
We have seen Dr. Archbald numerous times over the years for 3 of our girls. She has treated routine acne issues, and even tailored the treatment around one of our daughters auto immune disease medication where another dr failed. She has treated stubborn warts, and helped diagnose other issues missed by other Dr.'s. Highly reccomend.
Very professional, polite, explains things in way you can understand and takes as much time as needed to answer all questions. I highly recommend her.

Unprofessional. What they record on chart does not match what is discussed during the visit.
Dr. Archbald took the time to listen to my issues, explained the different options to help immediately, and did it with an empathetic delivery.
I came to Dr. Archbald for MINOR acne scars. We decided a laser procedure would be the best thing. I was severely burned. I came back to the office 3 days later b/c I was concerned & my face was bleeding. The nurse told me she didn’t want to have to charge me for an office visit so they took a pic, walked to the back to show her, came back & said it was fine. To be dismissed when things go wrong is such a lack of concern for your patient! Especially one you’ve been seeing for 6 yrs!
Dr. Archbald is exceptional and so is her staff. She truly takes the time to explain diagnosis's and treatment options. Super friendly and always smiling. I have recommended all of my family and friends to see her.
I waited 45 minutes and never got to see the doctor. The office manager is rude, uninformed and unkind. I walked out. Every patient who is treated with this type of disrespect should walk out on every doctor that keeps them waiting this long.
