I always feel welcomed when I have an appt. Dr. Ambrose and her staff are very friendly, supportive, and l get a good explanation for each procedure beforehand. Dr. Ambrose is gentle and very thorough. Thank you!!

1st time with an ENT Dr, so was alittle nervous. Dr. Ambrose and her staff make you feel like family. She explained everything so that you could understand and she really shows that she cares and wants to get to the bottom of the problem and resolve any issues. I highly recommend practice.

The staff was not particularly friendly or courteous, to say the least. This doctor seemed to have an explanation for every concern I had, even those that were unrelated to my initial reason for coming to the hospital. I couldn't help but feel like I was being treated as if I were 'the ignorant patient who knows nothing.' I have no intention of ever returning, as I didn't feel that this doctor had my best interests in mind. I wish there was a negative 5 star rating. Dr Ambrose does not know what she is doing and is extremely dismissive. I will be filing a report with the colorado state medical board .
