Every time I get braids I come to this salon out of loyalty but this time I was not happy with my hair my hair was half done after she braided my hair she was asking do I want gel in my hair, like why. Are you asking that you should know what to do, make the long story short my braids was VERY LOSOSE my natural hair was sticking out of my braids and my hair only lasted for like two days, I came back to show Emily my hair and all she did was put gel in my hair and sit me under the dryer. Too much inconsistency and they try to braid your brain. I had to tell them to take the first 3 rows out and redo them after I had already informed them not to braid my hair tight. I'm not trying to walk around with no edges I actually like and take care of my hair.
