10/10 don't recommend. False advertising, poor service, and zero professionalism. If I could add negative stars I would add -20. What was promised didn’t come close to what I received. I booked medium box braids for my birthday weekend. And I got a mystery with no plot, scalp trauma, and a surprise episode of “Guess That Location”, spoiler alert: someone’s kitchen. First red flag?
