Emily was amazing in helping us with our case. She was knowledgeable, thorough and her communication was excellent. We would highly recommend her!
I wanted to work with Emily but it was difficult to communicate. I paid and had my initial consult, then when I tried to call her to keep the ball rolling, I was told I needed to make an appt. So I did. She never showed up for that appt because she said she was busy. Then she didn’t reply to an email update I sent. I wish I went with a bigger more established firm. If you’re too busy for new clients you should say that instead of taking on more than you can handle.
Our experience with Miss Hines has been refreshing. We contacted her after hitting our final straw with Service dog discrimination. Her consultations are extremely reasonably priced and she was able to give us correct information and a path forward. We did hire her for next steps and we’re so thankful that we did.
