I will never buy another toro, or anything from this service again. This is an independently own and operated shop, so even toro will not help you deal with this man.
If I could give no stars I would. Took lawn mower tires in for replacement and they wouldn't help because I didn't buy the mower there. Not a special tire size, not to busy to get to it... just unfriendly
Great service
We bought a lawnmower from here in an effort to support local business and not a big box store. Got a decent, mid-grade (but expensive) lawnmower. Not an overly pleasant experience but whatever. The lawnmower stopped working within a year. Went back to Emil's and he was outright rude. Basically said "I don't know what to tell you. Try calling the guy in Marine." My husband forcefully said "I bought this from you. Why won't you repair it?" He repaired it but it never did work great. Ended up trading it in somewhere else. Will... read more
Owner was very helpful, even called on a Sunday to ensure that an issue I was having with a new mower was resolved. He really knows his products.
