Roxanne helped me find my first property. She's very knowledgeable and was there for me answering all my questions. Closing was fast, just how I wanted it to be. All the documents I signed over the computer. She did all the work and all I had to do was sign and now I own five acres in cornwall vermont. Avoid this realtor at all costs. She is careless, misrepresents her listings and does not resolve what are clear errors on her part. The system of corrupt Addison County real estate lawyers will protect her; you will pay the price for her negligence. I don’t know if she’s immoral or incompetent but either way, no property is worth giving her a cent.
