I’ve brought my car in a couple of times—once to fix my headlights, and most recently for several repairs including an air gasket issue, a valve leak, fluids, and a serpentine belt, just to name a few. Each time, Emilio and his crew have been incredibly efficient and fairly priced. They only took about two days to get the materials and complete the work, which was impressive. Excellent service, friendly people, they did everything quickly and with high quality, and even offered me coffee. I recommend them to everyone; I'll come back here next time.
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I was stranded in CT Friday night. Saturday morning I called ahead and clearly explained my situation to the mechanic, including the check engine light and a lean condition code. He told me to bring the car in and said he’d run a diagnostic smoke test to find the issue. He mentioned there would be a one-hour labor charge for that, which I agreed to.
