Back in May 2026, I purchased flowers to surprise my sister and it was the day after mother's day and I understand the shop was very busy. I contacted the seller as I am all the way across the country and could not go into the store physically to ask for a typo to be fixed and when the flowers were to be delivered. I called on May 12th at 10 am EST and spoke to the owner who apologized for the delay and stated the flowers would be out before 5 pm same day.
