Had the same experience as Steve K. Ordered flowers online through their website. Recipient of flowers never received them and when I tried to call there was no answer during business hours. I called the credit card company to get a credit back. It's been 2 weeks and no flowers and no response to an email sent to the business. Don't use this company.
They had a streak of good service going until recently. Ordered birthday flowers 3 days before chosen delivery date. Deliver date came and went no delivery. Even received a confirmation but was not delivered. The following called for an explanation. Not sure who I was talking to the conversation started by being told they were in the process of moving locations and were a little crazy. We hired Emilily's Flowers for the celebration of life for our mother and all the arrangements were gorgeous. I would highly recomend!
