Food was bland. Took 15 minutes for a waiter to even come over. Not impressed.
The best Italian food I have ever eaten! I would highly recommend this place.
I was there a few years ago, loved it, and was happy to go back again when visiting the NY Botanical Gardens. We were a group of about 15 ladies, they did a price fixed menu for us with choice of 5 entrees. We started with both hot & cold appetizer platters served family style & wonderful bread, followed by a delicious salad course and then our entrees. food well prepared and tasty. Wine list had familiar bottles from vineyards I have been to.. great time with5 others at the table.. a must go to again!!
Great little restaurant not far from the NJBG and Zoo....fresh home made dishes and outstanding personal service. The zucchini blossoms were to die for, as was the pappardelle bolognese!
So delicious I can hardly believe that I wasn't in Italy. Please open a satellite restaurant at the Jersey Shore; Monmouth County would be perfect. Too far for Jerseyans to get to Bronx on a regular basis and the best Italiano restaurant in Bradley Beach closed this summer after many generations preparing delicious meals and offering a superb wine list.
